ACTEC is a development NGO created in 1982 in Belgium with the aim of supporting vocational training projects for poor and marginalised people in developing countries. From the beginning, ACTEC has focused on promoting projects with a strong focus on local populations in Latin America and Africa. Since 1994, activities have also been extended to Lebanon.
