The Fundacion Emmanuel has been working since 1987 to promote the rights of children and young people to live and grow up in families, as well as the rights of families to exercise their role. It carries out its activities through awareness-raising and promotion of family care, social integration workshops, training for parents, etc.

She has received numerous prizes and awards for her work in the field, such as the UN “Best Practice” award (2004 and 2006).
