Brussels/Belgium: At the Teach4Belgium Summer Academy

Thank you to the whole Teach for Belgium team for their warm welcome during this inspiring visit to the Summer Academy !

We were impressed by the high standard of preparation for these future teachers. Following a rigorous selection process and several weeks of training, they have the opportunity to put what they have learnt into practice, experiment with different teaching approaches and receive hands-on support ahead of their first term.
Behind these high standards lies a strong conviction that we share: tackling educational inequalities also requires teachers who are well-prepared, supported and equipped to guide every pupil towards success, regardless of their background or circumstances.

We were delighted to meet this new cohort, who are already hard at work, and we wish them every success in their first year in the classroom. We look forward to following their first steps in the classroom and seeing the impact they will have on their pupils. 👏
